From Interstate 91: Take Exit #7 off I-91. Follow Route 11 toward Springfield, VT. After approximately 3.5 miles you come to the second 3-way stop light where you turn left, following Route 1l. Continue through an immediate 4-way stop light with McDonalds on your right. At the next blinking light turn left onto Park Street. Go up the hill and take the first right onto Ridgewood Road. Turn right into the large parking lot just after the Hospital. The Ridgewood Professional Building will be directly in front of you. Blue H for Hospital signs are located along Routes 11, 106 and 103 as you approach Springfield. Following them will lead you to our office on the Springfield Hospital Campus in the Ridgewood Professional Building.

From Interstate 91: Take Exit 8 off I-91 and proceed east on Route 131/Route 12 toward New Hampshire. Follow this road for approximately 4 miles. You will cross the bridge into New Hampshire after about a half mile. At the blinking yellow light, turn left onto North Street (Lambert Supply will be on your right after you turn). At the first set of lights (Jiffy Mart), turn left on Elm Street. Valley Regional Hospital will be on your right. Turn right onto Dunning St. and then take your first right into the Valley Regional Hospital Parking lot where the "Old Entrance" is to Valley Regional Hospital. As you face the "Old Entrance" to Valley Regional Hospital (which is now an "Employees Only Entrance") on your right will be an old brick building which is where we are located on the first floor. Valley Regional Orthopedics is to our immediate right.
Note: Blue H for Hospital signs are located along Routes 11, 12, 103, and 131 as you approach Claremont. Following them will lead you to our office at 241 Elm Street on the Valley Regional Hospital Campus.

From VT-103, in Down Town Ludlow: Traveling West from Gassetts, Elm Street is your first left after the bridge crossing the Black River. Traveling East from Okemo Mountain Ski Area, turn right just before the bridge crossing the Black River onto Elm Street. The Ludlow Health Center is on your immediate left when you are on Elm Street.
